Despite exceptional efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate data, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In such a case, or if the price of an item changes during order processing, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase and offer a solution that is mutually satisfactory.

Purchase Procedure

A purchase through our portal is possible only with registration on the portal. During registration, the user must fill in all mandatory fields with accurate data. To register, an email address, personal and contact information, and the VAT number of the company are required. The user then creates their account, which the provider must confirm. Only after confirmation does the user gain the option to purchase goods through the portal.

The purchase process itself is straightforward, as the system guides the user through all steps of the purchase.

When the user selects the desired product, they can easily add it to the cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Once the item is in the cart, the system displays the total purchase cost, including delivery costs, and offers 2 options:

- View cart contents by clicking the "Checkout" button,
- Continue shopping by clicking the "Continue Shopping" button.

By clicking the "Checkout" button, the system displays a summary or contents of the shopping cart. Here, the user can change the quantity of items they want to buy or delete them from the shopping cart. In this section, the user can also redeem valid coupons by entering the code found on the coupon.

By clicking the "Next" button, the user continues with the purchase. The system asks the user for the delivery address and payment address, and also offers the option to change the delivery and payment addresses. By clicking the "Next" button, the system guides the user to the next step, "Delivery."

The delivery is made via postal service, according to the prices published on our website under the "Delivery" section.

The purchase agreement for the ordered items between the buyer and the provider is conclusively concluded at this stage.

Goods dispatched: Within the agreed timeframe, the provider prepares and dispatches the goods and notifies the buyer by email.

Right of Withdrawal

The buyer does not have the right to withdraw from contracts for orders made according to the buyer's exact instructions and tailored to their personal needs. The buyer also does not have the right to withdraw from contracts for orders for which the seller has informed them are ordered exclusively for the buyer.
