Orders and deliveries within Slovenia are handled by Jan Černe s.p., Strmica 2, 1360 Vrhnika.
For orders with a total value over €150 (including calculated discounts), we offer free delivery. For ordered goods that do not reach a value of €150, delivery costs amount to €5.00 (VAT included) (payment by proforma invoice), regardless of the weight, quantity, or value of your order.
All orders paid by cash on delivery are subject to an additional fee of €0.40 for the COD service.*
Delivery is within 2–5 working days. For certain items, the delivery time may be extended. In such cases, Jan Černe s.p. will notify the customer of the expected delivery time and allow them to cancel the order if the delivery time is too long for the customer.
Abroad
Orders from abroad are handled by Jan Černe s.p., Strmica 2, 1360 Vrhnika. For international deliveries, advance payment by proforma invoice is required, unless otherwise specified.

For orders from other countries, purchase is only possible by prior agreement.
The listed delivery price for abroad applies to packages up to 10 kg. For packages exceeding 10 kg, the delivery cost will be sent to the customer along with the order confirmation and estimated delivery time.
If the goods are damaged during transport (external damage to the shipment), IMMEDIATELY file a complaint with the courier. The courier will draw up a damage report on the spot. In the case of hidden damage, the recipient must notify the delivery service in writing within the complaint period of 8 days, counting from the day the package was received, provided that we first jointly determine that the damage, in our opinion, occurred exclusively while the shipment was in the possession of the delivery service.
If a product is currently out of stock or unavailable, we will inform you of the delivery time by email or by phone number you provided during your registration in the online store.
